About Liam Health Sync

"Liam Health Sync" (Google Cloud project fitbit-511601) is a personal dashboard that reads the owner's own Fitbit and Google Health data through OAuth to show his daily fitness, sleep, and activity in his private brief. It is a single-user application built and operated by Liam O'Driscoll for his own personal use. It has no other users, is not offered to the public, and the data it reads is never sold or shared with any third party.

Liam Health Sync requests the following read-only Google Health Connect / Fitbit API scopes, each used for a specific part of the daily brief and habit tracking:

• googlehealth.activity_and_fitness.readonly — steps and workouts, to show daily activity.
• googlehealth.health_metrics_and_measurements.readonly — heart rate and weight, to show health metric trends.
• googlehealth.sleep.readonly — sleep sessions and stages, to show sleep quality.
• googlehealth.nutrition.readonly — logged food, to show nutrition trends.

All scopes are read-only: the application never writes to, modifies, or deletes data in the connected Google account.
