Privacy Policy

"Liam Health Sync" (Google Cloud project fitbit-511601) is a personal, single-user application built and operated by Liam O'Driscoll ("the Operator", "we", "us"). It reads the Operator's own Fitbit and Google Health data so his personal assistant automation can build his daily brief and track his habits. This application is not offered to the public, has no other users, and is not a commercial product.

We request the following read-only Google Health Connect / Fitbit API scopes:

• googlehealth.activity_and_fitness.readonly — steps, workouts, and other activity and fitness data.
• googlehealth.health_metrics_and_measurements.readonly — heart rate, weight, and other health metrics and measurements.
• googlehealth.sleep.readonly — sleep sessions and sleep stage data.
• googlehealth.nutrition.readonly — logged food and nutrition data.

All scopes are read-only. The application never writes to, modifies, or deletes data in the Operator's Google Health account.

Data is pulled server-side by the Operator's own personal assistant automation and used solely to generate his personal daily brief and to track his personal health habits (for example, sleep, activity, and nutrition trends). It is used only for the Operator's own, personal, non-commercial purposes.

We do not, and will not:

• Sell this data to anyone.
• Share this data with any third party.
• Use this data for advertising or ad targeting of any kind.
• Use this data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI or machine learning models.
• Allow any human (other than the Operator) to read the raw data.

Liam Health Sync's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data is stored in private, access-controlled infrastructure operated by the Operator. It is encrypted in transit (TLS) between Google's APIs and our servers, and encrypted at rest where the hosting provider supports it. Access is restricted to the Operator and to the automated process described above; there are no other user accounts or shared credentials for this data.

Data is retained only as long as needed to produce the Operator's daily brief and habit-tracking history. The Operator may delete all stored health data pulled through this application at any time, and may request deletion by emailing lodrixoll@gmail.com. Revoking access (see below) stops all further collection immediately.

You can revoke this application's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Find "Liam Health Sync" in the list of connected apps and select "Remove access".

This application is for the Operator's personal use only and is not directed at, nor does it knowingly collect data from, children.

We may update this policy as the application changes. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
