Terms of Service

"Liam Health Sync" (Google Cloud project fitbit-511601) is a personal, non-commercial application built and operated by Liam O'Driscoll ("the Operator", "we", "us") solely to read his own Fitbit and Google Health data for his own personal daily brief and habit tracking.

There are no other user accounts. This application is not offered to the public and does not accept sign-ups from anyone other than the Operator.

Access is granted only to the Operator's own Google account. The application connects only with read-only scopes and does not modify, delete, or write to any connected account.

This application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Operator does not guarantee the application will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this application.

The Operator may change these Terms or the application at any time. Material changes will update the effective date above.
